Jaco Vacation Rental House

The construction of this house began on 5 January 2009, demolition of the prior structure. Completion of the home was July 1, 2009 and first rentals began at the end of July after hosting the owners and the architect the first few weeks of July. All construction and accessories have been of the highest quality to form the solid concrete construction - jacuzzi tub, tile floors, all the way to the appliances and air conditioners. All furnishings have been bought in Costa Rica from local shops where possible. Local woods, fabrics, woods and design were used throughout the residence.

In March of 2009 the adjoining vacant property was purchased. It was immediately incorporated into the plans to make the property one large estate. There are no plans to build on the lot as many local fruit trees are there, including banana, Mango, Coconut, Cashew and Almond trees. The Guanacaste tree on the lot is the largest tree on Jaco Beach and attracts scarlet Macaws on a daily basis. Casa Rio Mar can host up to 12 people which will indulge in:

Security

We provide 24 hour armed security for all guests. This service exists for two purposes:

1) Provides all guests with the maximum protection possible

2) Protects not only the house but the belongings of the guests when they are away. We provide this amenity at no extra charge for our residents.

We also have a security system for our jJaco Beach house that can be activated when guests leave. There are aslo multiple safes in the house.

Maid Service

Maid Service is available during our stay for $50 a day.
